In partnership with the California Volunteers, this project aims to restore and protect the native ecosystem at Moore Road Ball Park by removing invasive species and maintaining the health of Black Oaks. This project is part of the Butte County Community Climate Action Day, a county-wide event to engage the community in a day of collective climate action at multiple project sites to promote the long-term health and resilience of our natural spaces. By joining us, you'll be contributing to the preservation and protection of this vital ecological area.

Date: October 19, 2024 - Saturday

Time: 9:30am - 12:30pm - Starting at Moore Road Ball Park. Lunch included.

Location: Moore Road Ball Park - Behind field 1

Event kick off: 9am - For all participants at Cedar Grove in Bidwell park Chico (Optional).

Waiver HERE - Everyone must complete a waiver before volunteering. Minors require guardian signature.
