Wrestling is a safe, fun sport that highly emphasizes strength, skill, and conditioning. Individuals will compete against others their own size in a controlled supervised setting. The program goal is to teach discipline, skills, and training necessary to develop a competitive wrestler.
Age: 5th-8th graders
Fee: $50 per youth
Location: PHS Wrestling Room
Time of the Program: Every Tues, Weds, & Thurs beginning Nov. 15th, 2022 through February 17th, 2023
The Wrestling Tournaments are held on Saturdays.
